Returning your product because it has a fault:
If your product develops a fault within 10 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
Returns: We offer customers refunds or replacement if theproduct are not delivered to an acceptable quality.
Notice Period: If you are unhappy with the condition of the product on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact us so that we can arrange a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us (email@example.com) a photo of the damaged goods in question within 24 hours of receipt of the product in order to be eligible for a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
We deliver 1-2 days between 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday. We close Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday. We do not offer delivery time slots.
If you wish to send our wreaths to multiple addresses, then you need to order each wreath separately so that we have the correct delivery details. For multiple orders to the same address, please add necessary quantity to the cart.
Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Your Bloom cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside our control.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
